The President of Turkmenistan participated in the meeting in honor of the 80th anniversary of the United Nations

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov attended a meeting on the occasion of the 80th anniversary of the founding of the United Nations Organization. At the beginning of the event, the President of the UN General Assembly Annalena Berbok spoke about the history of the UN, current challenges of our time and the need for unity of the world community.

In his speech, UN Secretary-General António Guterres emphasized the importance of the longstanding work of UN staff. He emphasized the need for joint actions to overcome global challenges.
