Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Kyrgyzstan meets with the Rector of Manas University

On March 10, 2023, the rector of the Kyrgyz-Turkish University "Manas" A. Ceylan met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Kyrgyzstan Sh. Meredov. This is reported on the official website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

During the talks, the parties discussed the strengthening of effective cooperation in education, culture, technology and science development. The Ambassador of Turkmenistan told the rector of the University about the planned events for the 300th anniversary of the birth of the great thinker and poet of the East Makhtumkuli Fraghi.

The rector of Manas University spoke positively about holding an international scientific conference in cooperation with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and other Turkmen agencies on the role of the great thinker in the formation of spiritual and cultural values of mankind.
