Turkmenistan's flour-milling giant processed over 43 thousand tons of wheat in 2023

The flour mill of the production association "Balkangallaönümleri" in Kyzylarbat district of Balkan province processes more than 50 thousand tons of wheat per year. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The combine has two own elevators for storage of 50 thousand and 30 thousand tons of wheat. In 2023, the mill processed more than 43 thousand tons of wheat. The mill fulfilled the production plan by 147%, producing more than 32 thousand tons of flour, including more than 10 thousand tons of top grade flour and more than 21 thousand tons of first grade flour. About 10 thousand tons of bran for animal feed were produced.

The combine makes a significant contribution to increasing the country's export potential and boosting food production.
