In Turkmenistan, state circuses will be able to receive the status of "National"

During the meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan on January 12 this year, Deputy Prime Minister M. Mammadova presented a draft decree on granting the state circuses and circus groups the legal status of "National" in accordance with the laws "On Culture" and "On Circus and Circus Art". Noting the importance of further development and improvement of the national circus art, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed the Decree "On Approval of the Procedure and Conditions for Assigning the Legal Status of "National" to State Circuses and Individual Professional Creative Circus Collectives" and sent it to the Deputy Deputy Prime Minister of Turkmenistan and gave specific instructions in this regard.
