As part of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan, the Moscow House of Nationalities will host festive events dedicated to the 28th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality on December 12. This is reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
The event was organized by the Russian-Turkmen Cultural Centre, the Caspian Heritage Foundation for Promoting Friendship between the peoples of the Caspian littoral states and the organizing committee of the Nury Khalmammedov Dutar Melodies Art Festival in Moscow.
The Days of Culture of Turkmenistan will include an exhibition of works by Turkmen and Russian artists, an exhibition of books published by Moscow publishing houses for Russian-speaking schools of Turkmenistan and CIS countries.
The international conference "Neutral status of Turkmenistan - an important factor of security in the region of Central Asia and the Caspian Sea" will be held. The program will conclude with a festive concert of the winners of the VII International Festival of Arts "Voice of Dutar" named after Nury Khalmammedov.
