FIFA head Gianni Infantino paid his first official visit to Turkmenistan as part of his tour of Central Asian states. Gianni Infantino told journalists about his impressions of his visit to the country, as reported in the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
The FIFA head visited the International Akhalteke Equestrian Complex, where Turkmen dzhigits of the Galkynysh national equestrian games group performed. According to Infantino, the performance made a strong impression on him.
As a gift, the head of FIFA was presented a book by the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov about Turkmen horses, which are a symbol of loyalty and happiness.
At the end of the conversation with journalists, Gianni Infantino wished the Turkmen people all the best, and wished the young footballers of Turkmenistan success in soccer and happiness in their personal lives.
