The mass action was attended by deputy chairmen of the Cabinet of Ministers, representatives of the Mejlis, ministries, law enforcement agencies, Ashgabat administration, public associations, universities, employees of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in the country, as well as athletes of the national cycling team, students, pupils of the School of Training of Young Olympians and pupils of the Palace of Döwletliler köşgi.
The route of the rally started from the Bicycle Monument and ended at the intersection of Bitarap Turkmenistan and A. Niyazov Avenues. The head of state moved at the head of the column, demonstrating excellent physical shape.
