The main New Year's tree of Turkmenistan, installed in Ashgabat on the square near the Alem Cultural and Entertainment Center, this year again broke the height records among the CIS countries and Europe. This is reported by the Internet edition AsmanNews.
The height of the Ashgabat New Year's beauty, the top of which is decorated with an eight-rayed star, was 44 meters. For comparison, the height of the Kremlin New Year tree in Moscow is 30 meters. In European countries, the largest New Year's tree is installed in Vienna, and its height is 34 meters. The second place among European countries is occupied by Warsaw with a 27-meter tall fir tree, and the third place is occupied by London with a 25-meter tall fir tree.
The New Year's beauty of Ashgabat is decorated with the numbers 2025, as well as dressed in a sparkling garment of LED garlands with 55 thousand bulbs and 4 thousand toys.
