A residential area of seven-storey apartment buildings is currently being built in Dashoguz by specialists of the individual enterprise "Ataluk gurluşyk". This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".
At the moment, the walls of two houses are being erected and the foundations for the construction of three more houses are being laid. The residential complex occupies an area of more than seven hectares.
The construction of the new residential area complies with the requirements for rational land use, nature conservation and provision of road and transportation infrastructure. Upon completion of construction, the adjacent territory will be landscaped and illuminated.
Modern urban development in Turkmenistan is characterized by systematic and comprehensive, which contributes to the rational use of vacant land plots.
