A four-day seminar "Digital Culture" organized jointly by the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan and the UN Development Program has started in Ashgabat. This is reported by the Internet edition SNG.Today.
Viktor Dostov, an international expert in the field of digitalization, professor of the Faculty of Artificial Intelligence of the Russian Academy of Sciences, participates in the seminar. The training event is held within the framework of the capacity building project of the Academy of Civil Service under the President of Turkmenistan.
During the event, participants will be able to familiarize themselves with various aspects of the use of advanced digital technologies in the public service. Academy students will examine the most important components of digital transformation, global trends and implications for the social sphere. Attention will also be paid to changes in the labor market and the topic of artificial intelligence as a driver and tool of digitalization.
