Residents and guests of Ashgabat gathered here on New Year's Eve, and representatives of Arkadag city and all provinces of the country took part in the celebrations via teleconference.
Hyakims, honorable elders, representatives of velayats congratulated the President of Turkmenistan and the National Leader of the Turkmen people on the New Year, then the head of the country Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated the Turkmen people on the holiday in a live broadcast.
