New Ambassador of Turkmenistan presents credentials in Prague

On July 14, H. Amannazarov, the newly appointed ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Czech Republic, officially presented his credentials to Czech President Petr Pavel during a ceremony in Prague Castle. This is reported on the website of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Amannazarov, who is in Vienna as Turkmenistan's Ambassador to Austria, also became Turkmenistan's new Envoy to the Czech Republic. During the presentation of his credentials, President Pavel conveyed warm greetings to the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdymukhamedov and expressed optimism about the development of relations between the two countries.

The Ambassador and the President discussed potential areas of cooperation, including trade, energy and cultural exchanges. The credentials ceremony testifies to the friendly diplomatic ties between Turkmenistan and the Czech Republic. On assuming the post of Ambassador, Amannazarov looks forward to further strengthening of bilateral relations.
