Chairman Halk Maslakhaty: Turkmenistan is determined to strengthen ties with China

During a meeting with Chinese President Xi Jinping, National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov said that Turkmenistan aims to strengthen traditionally friendly Turkmen-Chinese relations. This is reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

A high level of trust and mutual understanding between Turkmenistan and China, as well as progressive and steady strategic partnership in various areas were noted. Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan also noted the similarity of positions of the two countries on the global agenda, strong legal framework for cooperation and high economic potential.

The National Leader of the Turkmen people emphasized that Turkmenistan aims to further strengthen cooperation with China in political, trade, economic, cultural and humanitarian spheres.
