The presidential election is an important event in Turkmenistan, and preparations for it were made long before it started. Berdymukhamedov noted that mobile points with national food products should be organized at polling stations. Election observers came from friendly countries, and special attention should be paid to them, to show them the hospitality of citizens. Mobile points at polling stations will allow guests to try national cuisine, local products and even unique drinks of Turkmenistan. It is necessary to organize trade of local products, the country should show its abundance and give foreign delegations an opportunity to take home a piece of culture of the state as a memory.
Presidential elections began this morning - March 12. After visiting delegations from the CIS countries, the high level of preparation of the event was noted. Each polling station is equipped according to the instructions, there are means for disinfection, all the necessary information and of course the access of the media to cover the elections in the press is provided.
