President of Turkmenistan congratulates V. Putin on Russia Day

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov on behalf of the Government and people of Turkmenistan has sent congratulations to President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin and all Russian people on Russia Day.
