President of Turkmenistan takes part in a bicycle race on World Health Day

Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in a mass cycling race held on April 7 as part of the World Health Day celebrations. This was reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The bicycle race started from the monument "Bicycle" located at the intersection of Chandybil Avenue and Bekreve Street. Athletes of the national cycling team of Turkmenistan, students, pupils of the School for training young Olympians and secondary schools, pupils of the "Döwletliler köşgi" Palace, representatives of the public gathered to take part in the event. In addition, representatives of diplomatic missions and international organizations took part in the cycle race.

The bicycle race ended in the center of Ashgabat near the Rukhyet Palace. The cyclocross was an expression of unity of the Turkmen people and the country's commitment to a healthy lifestyle.
