President of Turkmenistan expresses condolences to Emomali Rakhmon

On February 16, 2023, President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent sincere condolences to President of Tajikistan Emomali Rakhmon in connection with the large-scale loss of life as a result of a devastating avalanche in the territory of Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Oblast.
