The Turkmen delegation headed by Deputy Chairman of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan, Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan Rashid Meredov is on a working visit to the Kingdom of Belgium from March 17 to 19, 2024. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
Within the framework of the visit there will be meetings with the leadership of the European Commission and the European Council, with representatives of international organizations, specialized ministries and departments of Belgium, with members of trade and economic structures, as well as with local companies.
During the meetings, the sides will consider issues related to the development of cooperation with Turkmenistan in bilateral and multilateral formats. Attention will be paid to the expansion of political-diplomatic and trade-economic ties with Belgium, as well as the establishment of effective contacts in the business environment with European partners.
