Turkmenistan and Russia discuss cooperation in the field of customs

Representatives of the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan and the Federal Customs Service of the Russian Federation held an online meeting within the framework of the cooperation plan for the period of 2022-2024. This was reported by the online publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

During the meeting the signing of bilateral documents on the creation of a simplified customs corridor, organization of exchange of preliminary information and mutual establishment of the institution of Authorized Economic Operations was considered.

They considered the results of interaction for the past year, as well as the issues of organizing joint seminars and meetings between employees of specialized universities of the two countries to exchange experience. The parties expressed mutual interest in continuing effective cooperation.
