Turkmenistan and Russia develop scientific cooperation

The issues of further development of bilateral cooperation in the scientific sphere were discussed at the meeting between Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to the Russian Federation Esen Aydogdiyev and President of the Russian Academy of Sciences (RAS) G.Y. Krasnikov. This is reported by the Internet edition "Türkmenistan habarlar portaly".

In particular, the parties discussed the possibility and prospects of developing ties between the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan. President of the Russian Academy of Sciences Krasnikov emphasized the need to restore and expand scientific interaction and expressed on behalf of the Academy the readiness to cooperate.

Steps to prepare for the signing of a roadmap for the implementation of previously reached agreements and arrangements were considered.
