The first batch of Komatsu bulldozers was received by the State Committee for Water Resources of Turkmenistan. The first delivery of machinery was made under the contract with Japan's Itochu Corporation. The Turkmen side has received six bulldozers Komatsu D65EX-16. It is not all bulldozers to be delivered to the country under the contract. The Japanese company will supply 17 more special machines later.
In total, Turkmenistan will receive 200 units of earthmoving equipment, including 167 excavators and spare parts.
Excavators, bulldozers and other special equipment will be operated by the Turkmen State Committee to provide water for wheat, cotton and other agricultural crops, to form the necessary water reserve, to build new and increase the volume of existing reservoirs.
