The joint Turkmen-Uzbek enterprise "Turkmen-Uzagrotehmash" will soon start operating in Dashoguz. By this time the production of tractor trailers with a load capacity of 4 tons has been prepared. There are plans to establish the production of more complex agricultural machinery as well.
In addition to production, the company is engaged in sales and service of Uzbek agricultural machinery in Turkmenistan.
Director General of the joint venture, Azam Nuriddinov, said that over the last decade Uzbekistan has supplied over 10,000 units of agricultural machinery to Turkmenistan - trailers, cotton seeders, sprayers, cultivators, cotton pickers, tractors, etc.
Last year, the countries signed a contract for the supply of agricultural machinery from Uzbekistan worth $28.2 million. In this regard, the general director stressed that the organization of a joint venture is the key to the prosperity of the agro-industrial sector of the two countries' economies.
Recall that the enterprise "Turkmen-Uzagrotehmash" was founded in 2018.
