Turkmen seaport to be included in the digital register of the North-South ITC

During the second meeting of the CIS transport business dialogue, a decision was made to include the Turkmenbashi International Sea Port in the digital register of transport and logistics centers of the international transport corridor "North-South". This is reported by the TurkmenPortal online publication.

Information on the infrastructure of transport and logistics centers is available on the website of the Coordinating Transport Meeting of the CIS Member States. The information contained in the digital registry will enable rational construction of logistics routes and supply chains along the North-South ITC.

Two of the three major ITC routes approach through Turkmenistan, including the Trans-Caspian and Eastern routes, which include maritime, river, rail and road transport.
