Turkmenistan's Independence Day was celebrated in Astana

On October 11, the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Kazakhstan organized festive events in Astana in honor of Turkmenistan's Independence Day. This is reported in social networks of the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Kazakhstan.

The festive events included a video presentation, an exhibition of carpet products, a concert with the performance of the national dance "Kushtdepdi". The participants of the event could familiarize themselves with Turkmen national cuisine.

The guests of the holiday were representatives of diplomatic missions accredited in Kazakhstan, members of international organizations and ministries of the Republic, as well as public figures and media representatives.

In his speech, the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Kazakhstan spoke about the achievements and successes of the country over the years of independence. The important role of traditionally friendly Turkmen-Kazakh relations was emphasized, which have reached a qualitatively new level this year.
