Copies of credentials of the Ambassador of Tunisia were presented in Turkmenistan

On July 4 this year, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan B. Myatiev met with newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tunisia to Turkmenistan (with residence in Moscow) Tarek Ben Salem. Myatiev and newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Tunisia to Turkmenistan (with residence in Moscow) Tarek Ben Salem, during which the Tunisian diplomat presented copies of his credentials. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The Deputy Minister congratulated the Ambassador on his appointment to the responsible position and expressed his best wishes in the implementation of his professional activities, noting that his diplomatic mission will contribute to further strengthening of Turkmen-Tunisian relations.

The current situation and prospects for further development of cooperation between the countries were discussed at the talks. During the meeting, the parties noted the high potential for the development of not only bilateral relations between Tunisia and Turkmenistan, but also cooperation within the framework of authoritative international organizations.
