The foreign ministers of Turkmenistan and Saudi Arabia held an online meeting during which they discussed current issues of bilateral partnership and regional and global issues.
Rashid Meredov and Faisal Bin Farhan Al Saud stated that regular talks at different levels are conducive to strengthening fruitful interaction in all relevant segments. The parties are ready to further intensify bilateral dialogue and organize business meetings in the format determined by the situation with the global pandemic COVID-19.
The heads of foreign ministries see an urgent need for the two powers to expand economic, trade, oil and gas, gas-chemical, agricultural, textile, and construction cooperation.
Investment in the implementation of current projects on the territory of Turkmenistan was a separate topic of discussion.
