The Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan is conducting research on the use of grape components - seeds, vines and leaves - in bio- and eco-technologies. This is reported in the Internet edition "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age."
Conducting research experimental works in the conditions of the biotechnology laboratory of the International Scientific and Technological Park ANT gives an opportunity to use Turkmen grape varieties in modern biological technologies with waste-free production.
At present, advanced products based on grapevine have been created, including the antioxidant resveratrol, mixed fodder for agriculture, fuel briquettes that do not emit toxic resins when burning.
The Laboratory of Biotechnologies of the Academy of Sciences of Turkmenistan strengthens partnerships with producers of environmental products at the state and international levels.
