The President of Turkmenistan approved the concept of labor market development until 2030

The head of Turkmenistan signed two important decrees aimed at modernization of labor relations and development of digital economy in the country. Arzuw.news reports with reference to Turkmenistan: Golden Age.

The first document approves the "Concept of Turkmenistan's labor market development until 2030" along with the action plan for its implementation. Ministries, sectoral agencies, khakimliks of velayats, as well as the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag are instructed to ensure the implementation of all activities envisaged by the concept.

The second decree deals with the development of the digital economy through the introduction of digital systems in various sectors of the national economy. According to the document, the Ministry of Communications of Turkmenistan received the status of an authorized body on electronic documents, electronic document flow, digital services and the functioning of e-government.

The Ministry of Communications is given one month to prepare and submit to the Cabinet of Ministers proposals on making appropriate amendments to the legislation of Turkmenistan in accordance with the new decree.
