Investment opportunities of Turkmenistan and Tatarstan discussed at the business forum in Ashgabat

The Turkmen-Tatar business forum dedicated to trade, economic and investment cooperation between the two states is being held in the capital's conference hall of the Yildiz Hotel. This was reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

During the meeting, the sides discussed topical issues of cooperation in the field of energy, transportation logistics, industry and agriculture.

The delegation of the Russian region was headed by Oleg Korobchenko, Minister of Industry and Trade of the Republic of Tatarstan. The delegation included representatives of many ministries and departments, as well as heads of a number of large industrial companies of the region. An important direction of the business forum is to strengthen cooperation between the parties in the field of science and education, so representatives of universities are also present at the event.

The Turkmen delegation included heads of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan, representatives of ministries and departments of the country.

At the opening ceremony Oleg Korobchenko made a welcoming speech from the delegation of the Republic of Tatarstan. The program of the forum provides for a large number of bilateral negotiations and signing of cooperation agreements.
