Turkmenistan prepares for Neutrality Day and New Year celebrations

President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov instructed to take necessary measures to prepare the celebration of the International Day of Neutrality and the New Year. This is reported by the Internet resource "CentralAsia.news".

The President issued the relevant orders after hearing the report of Deputy Prime Minister Myahridjemal Mammadova on the activities of cultural organizations. During the government meeting on December 6, Deputy Prime Minister reported on the work done during 11 months of 2024, especially noting the activities dedicated to the motto of the year "Makhtumkuli Fraghi's Cluster of Mind".

M. Mammadova also spoke about other important events in the cultural life of the country, including the international film festival "Gorkut-ata" and events dedicated to the declaration of the city of Anau as the cultural capital of the Turkic world. Deputy Prime Minister noted that Days of Culture of Uzbekistan and a number of European countries, as well as meetings of international delegations and councils were held this year.
