The South-South Partnership brings together the developing States of Asia, Africa, Latin America and Oceania on the principles of mutual respect, equality, solidarity and mutual benefit. The history of this cooperation dates back to the 1955 Bandung Conference, which was the starting point for the creation of the Non-Aligned Movement.

Special attention was paid to the formation of national policies in the field of digitalization and innovation, as well as to ensuring gender equality in digital education.
