Serdar Berdymukhamedov received the credentials of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Italian Republic to Turkmenistan, Luigi Ferrari. This was reported by the "Watan" news program of Turkmen television.
The President of Turkmenistan congratulated the new head of the Italian diplomatic mission on the assumption of his post and wished him success in this responsible position.
Also, Serdar Berdymukhamedov emphasized Turkmenistan's readiness to move towards strengthening fruitful cooperation with the Italian Republic. He emphasized the importance of constructive dialogue and cooperation in the implementation of major joint projects in the energy, textile, transport and agricultural sectors.
