Expanding the product range and increasing the volume of products produced was possible due to product rebranding and increasing the loyalty of the target audience in the market of presence. Advisory assistance from EBRD specialists helped in developing an attractive modern package design for dairy products, which significantly increased demand and allowed us to increase production turnover.
