The talks in Astana ended with the signing of a package of agreements. The leaders adopted a Comprehensive Program on Bilateral Partnership for 2022-2024. At the departmental level, mutual understanding was reached and areas of cooperation were outlined, including the financial structure, politics, the chemical industry, the development of tourism and transport logistics. Memorandums on scientific research and joint space programs for peaceful purposes were concluded.
Representatives of the Turkmen National Institute of World Languages concluded an agreement on mutually beneficial relations with the Kazakh University. During the meeting, Memorandums of Intent were signed in the field of combating crime and ensuring security. The Turkmenistan and Kazakhstan PTAs adopted a number of documents on mutual understanding and cooperation.
