Turkmen HEI announces results of the International Olympiad on Theoretical Mechanics

The organizer of the Second Open International Internet Olympiad on Theoretical Mechanics, the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan, announced the results of the event. The event was held among students of universities of Turkmenistan and 16 countries of the world. There were 33 winners and 181 prize-winners in team and individual competitions. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

Turkmen students of the State Energy Institute, Turkmen Agricultural Institute, Turkmen State University named after Makhtumkuli, Institute of Engineering and Transport Communications of Turkmenistan and Oguzkhan Engineering and Technological University of Turkmenistan took 11 awards among 27 winners in individual competitions.

48 students from Turkmenistan won 10 second places and 38 third places.
Students from Russia, China, Belarus, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan, Ecuador and Uzbekistan also became winners and prize-winners of individual competitions.

There were 6 winners in the team competition. The team of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology became the absolute winner and the Grand Prix of the Olympiad.
