Deputy Chairman of the Security Council of the Russian Federation Dmitry Medvedev sent a congratulatory message on the occasion of the Great Victory Day to President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov and expressed deep gratitude to Turkmen veterans of the Great Patriotic War and home front workers. In his message, Dmitry Medvedev noted the heroic feat of the Soviet people at the front and on the home front.
Medvedev emphasized that the brotherhood of the two peoples, hardened in the harsh battles of the Great Patriotic War, will remain a reliable support for deepening cooperation between Turkmenistan and Russia.
