On December 12, Head of State Serdar Berdimuhamedov took part in the ceremony of laying flowers at the Monument of Neutrality, which is a symbol of the country's commitment to the ideals of peace and creation, TDH reports.
Representatives of the Mejlis and Khalk Maslakhaty, members of the Government, heads of ministries and departments, ambassadors of Turkmenistan in foreign countries, heads of diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in our country, elders, representatives of public organizations and mass media also took part in the celebrations.
President Serdar Berdimuhamedov laid a wreath at the foot of the Monument of Neutrality, erected as a symbol of peace, goodness and humane principles of our people.
Following the head of state, other participants of the ceremony laid bouquets of flowers.
At the end of the ceremony, the President of Turkmenistan said a warm farewell to the participants.
