On Thursday, August 22, Turkmenistan's Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov met with Kashif Nazir, President and Chief Engineer of Pakistan's Frontier Works Organization. This is reported on the website Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.
During the meeting, the sides reaffirmed the friendly and long-term nature of relations between Turkmenistan and Pakistan. Opportunities and emerging prospects were discussed
cooperation in the spheres of urban and road transport infrastructure, as well as in the field of irrigation systems.
The parties also discussed interaction on further joint implementation of large-scale projects in Turkmenistan, taking into account the rich professional experience of the Pakistani company "Frontier Works Organization".
