Turkmenistan has provided a 24-hour humanitarian corridor for foreign citizens arriving from Iran. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the republic.
Hundreds of people have already crossed the border through Turkmenistan's checkpoints. Among the transit citizens are representatives of India, China, Pakistan and other states.
The Turkmen authorities are organizing the transit of these citizens, helping them to return home. The work is being done in coordination with the diplomatic missions of foreign States in Ashgabat.
The humanitarian corridor operates in 24/7 mode, which allows for a continuous flow of people through the territory of Turkmenistan.
