A meeting with Ambassador of the Netherlands A. Carstens was held in Turkmenistan

On August 8, Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan V. Hajiyev met with Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Netherlands Andre Carstens, who is completing his diplomatic mission in Turkmenistan. This was reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

On behalf of the state, Vepa Hajiyev expressed gratitude to the Ambassador for his personal contribution to the development of partnership between Turkmenistan and the Netherlands.

The sides discussed the current state of cooperation, as well as prospects for further interaction in bilateral and multilateral formats. High potential of cooperation in environmental, trade and economic, energy, agricultural, cultural, humanitarian and educational spheres was noted.

Andre Carstens, for his part, expressed his gratitude for the support and assistance provided to the diplomatic mission.
