The Turkmen and Hungarian delegations have held inter-ministerial political consultations. About it reports Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
The Turkmen delegation was headed by Deputy Foreign Minister Ahmet Gurbanov, while the Hungarian Foreign Ministry was represented by State Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade Adam Stifter. The meeting focused on key areas of cooperation, including the development of trade, economic and investment cooperation.
The parties considered the need to improve the legal framework and the possibility of implementing joint projects in the energy, industrial and pharmaceutical spheres. Mutual interest was expressed in expanding educational and cultural ties.
Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan also met with Deputy Head of FAO Regional Office for Eastern Europe and Central Asia Raymond Yele on cooperation in the field of food security and climate change.
