Turkmen President Expresses Condolences to Erdogan on Terrorist Attack in Istanbul

Turkmen President Serdar Berdymukhamedov expressed his condolences to his Turkish counterpart Recep Tayyip Erdogan in connection with the tragic aftermath of the terrorist attack in Istanbul, the Foreign Ministry website reported.
