Turkmen journalists are invited to the training "Media and Climate Change: Theory and Practice"

Representatives of the media sphere of Turkmenistan can apply for participation in the training on preparation of materials on climate change. The event is held within the framework of the Fifth Central Asian Conference on Climate Change. This is reported by the Internet publication "Turkmenistan: Golden Age".

The conference was organized by the Regional Environmental Center of Central Asia and the Committee on Environmental Protection of the Republic of Tajikistan. The purpose of the media training is to promote professional development of journalists and to train representatives of this sphere to prepare quality materials on food, energy and environmental issues in connection with climate change.

The training will be held in online and offline formats. In the period of May 11-12 this year, the online stage will be held, offline training will be held on May 15 in Dushanbe. To participate, please submit an application by April 13 to the following e-mail address caccc.media2023@gmail.com. A total of 20 people will be selected to participate in the media training and will also have the opportunity to attend the conference.
