The Advisor has been working in the responsible position for 4 years and has made a significant contribution to the development of Turkmen-Iranian relations in the cultural sphere. In particular, events in Turkmenistan dedicated to famous personalities of the Islamic Republic of Iran were held at a high organizational level.
Navid Rasouli also promoted the participation of Iranian higher educational institutions in various thematic Olympiads for students and festivals of international level, in which the representatives of the Islamic Republic received prestigious prizes.
