Foreign Ministers of Turkmenistan and Serbia held a meeting

Turkmen Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov met with Foreign Minister of the Republic of Serbia Marko Djuric during his working visit to New York on September 26. It is reported Foreign Ministry of Turkmenistan.

During the meeting, the sides expressed mutual interest in further development of cooperation and joint realization of the potential of both countries, as well as confirmed the need to improve the legal framework. In addition, the sides discussed possible ways to expand cooperation in the trade and economic sphere. The sides discussed the schedule of mutual visits.

The negotiations resulted in the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.
