On the eve of the forum "Central Asia - Republic of Korea" a videoconference was held in Ashgabat

Today, a videoconference of deputy foreign ministers in the format "Central Asia - Republic of Korea" was held, which was attended by Deputy Foreign Minister of Turkmenistan V. Hajiyev. This is reported by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

Within the framework of the meeting, the sides discussed issues related to the upcoming 16th Ministerial Forum of Cooperation "Central Asia - Republic of Korea" to be held in the Turkmen capital on November 1.

The Turkmen side noted the special significance of this format of interaction in addressing important regional issues. It was emphasized that the main aspects of Turkmenistan's chairmanship in the Forum are the topical issues of development of transport and logistics and health care spheres, issues of combating the consequences of global climate change and nature protection, issues of development of educational and tourism spheres.
